Welcome to the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. The judges and staff of the District
are dedicated to serving East Tennessee. From the northeastern reaches of the Tri-Cities to
the southern cities of Chattanooga and Winchester, this web site provides debtors, creditors, attorneys and
trustees with invaluable access to the Court.
The strength of the Clerk's office lies in our staff, their experience, and knowledge. It is our mission to
provide friendly, accurate, efficient service to all of our customers, whether at our counter, by mail, by
telephone, or via the internet. This site provides easy access to timely, accurate information, including links
to local rules, fee schedules, division office locations, and changes to our public access systems such as
CM/ECF, PACER, VCIS, and the online court calendars. Visit often as new web services and important
communications are frequently being added.
