Due to a water main break in downtown Knoxville, the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee is closing at 1:30 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
The court’s electronic filing system will be available for electronic filing, and court staff are available during business hours by telephone and email.
