Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, all pending matters presently set for hearing in the Winchester Division on October 6, 2025, have been rescheduled to October 20, 2025, at the same location and time (9:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m.) as previously scheduled.

An order has been entered in each affected case rescheduling the scheduled hearing to October 20, 2025. If parties are unavailable on October 20, 2025, they should contact Judge Whittenburg's courtroom deputy, Sheri Lowe, to discuss scheduling a hearing on another date.
