On Jan. 1, 2027, the fee for electronic access to court records via PACER will increase from 10 cents per page to 12 cents per page. Additionally, the automatic exemption for PACER fees will be raised from $30 to $40 per quarter. The fee increase will remain in place for a five-year period.
