Scheduling Matters and Available Hearing Dates
Motions to dismiss by the chapter 13 trustee should be set at 1:00 p.m.; all other chapter 13 matters should be set at 1:30 p.m.
All chapter 7, 11, or 12 matters should be set for 2:30 p.m.
The following are the court's presently scheduled motion days. Absent permission from the court, you must use one of these dates if you need to set a hearing as required by Local Rule 9013-1(f).
